Prior to demolition or refurbishment soft-stripping is carried out removing all non structural items including fixtures, fittings, cables, ceilings and internal walls. This is often done by hand but in larger premises machine work can also be involved.

We site segregate all of the demolished materials making reclamation and recycling without contamination easier. We are constantly striving for zero waste to landfill.
Many sites are able to have the demolished hardcore and concrete crushed on site and re-used on the same site. Recycling doesn’t get much better than that!
